Loft Conversion Options

Dorma Conversion:

A rear dorma is the most common type of loft conversion, this involves creating addtional space by extending the walls up through your roof to create a flat ceiling inside. This is a cost effective option creating an ideal space for an extra bedroom and en-suite bathroom. A dorma conversion is only possible if your ridge height is a minimum of 2.3 meters.

Hip To Gable Conversion:

This type of conversion is only avaliable for houses that alrady have a hipped roof. We remove the hip and build it up to a gable end which creates a full width rear dorma giving you maximum living space for up to 2 bedrooms and a en-suite bathroom.

Velux Only:

This type of conversion allows you to keep your existing roof structure (providing you have sufficient height) by adding velux roof windows. This is the most cost effective way of converting your loft.
